Kateřina Lalo is an explorer of embodied healing and creative transformation.
About Katerina
Facing the early loss of her father without the tools to process such grief ignited a lifelong quest to live fully, authentically, and creatively. This journey has taken her across continents and through diverse healing traditions, each one deepening her understanding of how we return to wholeness.
She trained at the London School of Classical Homeopathy and practiced for 17 years, including intensive work at several Bombay clinics. She studied Gestalt therapy at the Prague Gestalt Institute for four years, became an accredited therapist of The Journey of Brandon Bays which she practiced since 2010 and completed professional training at the School of Movement Medicine in the UK, after which she offered regular classes in Prague.
Gradually she began weaving together everything she had learned, ultimately creating in 2018 InDeepenDance—her own system of free conscious movement.
Her exploration hasn`t stopped there. Driven by a desire to understand conscious presence in the body, she continues exploring embodied practices like Gaga Dance. And meditation—a practice she shares with her husband and deepens through annual retreats—infuses everything she teaches.

Most recently, in 2025, Kateřina completed advanced training in Creative Journaling (Facilitating and Accompanying with the Creative Journal), adding another dimension to her work.
Today, she offers a unique blend of free dance and creative journaling—combining movement, writing, drawing, and collaging into transformative workshop experiences.
What makes Kateřina's offering distinct is not just the breadth of her training, but how she has integrated these diverse modalities into a coherent, joyful practice. She brings decades of experience, deep professional expertise, and an endlessly curious spirit to every session—creating spaces where healing, creativity, and authentic self-expression can flourish.
